Expansive lake-facing windows fill the spacious living room with natural light, while a large wood-burning fireplace anchors the space and adds warmth and character. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a large dining table perfect for indoor meals and gathering, while the nearby walk-out deck offers a large outdoor dining table for enjoying meals with lake views. A dedicated coffee bar makes it easy to start your day slowly with a fresh cup and a peaceful view.

To ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests and to protect the property, we kindly ask that the following house rules are respected:

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests

• Check-in 4:00pm Check-out 11am

• Maximum of 2 pets allowed (pets must be supervised at all times)

• No parties or large gatherings

• Quiet hours must be observed in accordance with local bylaws 11:00pm - 8:00am

• Guests are responsible for their own safety when using the dock, hot tub, fire pit, and watercraft

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near water and outdoor amenities

 

Winter Travel & Safety Disclaimer

Please note that travel to and around cottage country during the winter months can involve snow-covered and icy roads, driveways, walkways, and outdoor surfaces. Guests are responsible for arriving with an appropriate vehicle for winter conditions, such as AWD or 4x4, and for exercising caution while navigating the property.

Snow and ice conditions can change quickly. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain safe access, guests should be prepared for typical winter cottage conditions. Outdoor areas including the dock, stairs, and waterfront may be slippery or inaccessible at times.
