This newly built cottage is a true Eagle Lake retreat, tucked away in the beautiful forests of Eagle Lake, Ontario, and designed to impress the moment you arrive. The main floor is the heart of the home, featuring a large, well-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking together, and a generous dining table with peaceful forest views and a walkout to the deck and BBQ — ideal for long meals and summer evenings outdoors. At the center of the floor is a warm and inviting living area with a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cozy nights in. This level also includes a convenient powder room, a laundry room, and a stunning

primary bedroom complete with a spa-like ensuite featuring large-scale tile, a walk-in shower, a full standalone tub, and a crib thoughtfully placed for families traveling with young children.

Upstairs, you’ll find four comfortable bedrooms thoughtfully laid out for privacy and functionality. One bedroom offers a queen bed and work desk, next to a full bathroom with a tub finished in large-scale tile, followed by another bedroom with two double beds. In the center of this level is a large family living space filled with kids’ toys and a big-screen TV — a perfect hangout zone for movie nights or rainy days. At the opposite end of the cottage are two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds, connected by a full bathroom, also finished with large-scale tile.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to protect the property, we kindly ask that the following house rules are respected:

• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests

• Pets allowed (maximum 2 pets)

• No parties or large events

• Quiet hours 10:00pm – 8:00am

• Swim spa is closed during quite hours.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially around stairs, swim spa, and outdoor areas

Please note that travel to and around cottage country during the winter months may involve snow-covered or icy roads, driveways, walkways, and outdoor surfaces. Guests are responsible for arriving with an appropriate vehicle for winter conditions, such as AWD or 4x4 with winter tires, and for exercising caution while navigating the property.

Snow and ice conditions can change quickly. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain safe access, outdoor areas including decks, stairs, and the driveway may be slippery or inaccessible at times.
